Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (End-to-End Recruitment)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; understand their hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
  
• Lead, guide, and mentor a recruitment team to meet organizational goals.
  
• Use various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and close positions successfully.
  
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and updates for internal and client communication.
  
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
  

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
  
• Prior experience in client handling and team management is essential.
  
• Strong understanding of multiple hiring domains and sourcing strategies.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
