This role demands a proactive professional with exceptional communication, client-handling expertise, and a strong background in staffing (IT & Non-IT).

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Dubai region.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities.

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive engagement and SLA adherence.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and insights for client performance and growth.

Recruitment Delivery & Project Ownership

  • Drive end-to-end staffing delivery—from requirement gathering to successful closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure 100% on-time hiring for IT & Non-IT roles.
  • Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining quality hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure zero client attrition through effective escalation management and strong relationship building.

Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to plan workforce strategies and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance recruitment turnaround time and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Client Relationship roles within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Strong exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring, high-volume recruitment, and project delivery.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth, account expansion, and client retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience handling clients in GCC/Dubai (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CRM/ATS tools and data-driven reporting.
