The Process Associate will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations related to chit and finance activities. This role involves data entry, customer coordination, documentation, payment follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of all back-office processes in line with company policies and compliance standards. Strong understanding of chit fund and finance operations (preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with numbers. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and process-oriented mindset.
