Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service delivery and project execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (BFSI industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S / B.Com).
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software applications for effective lead management.
