Role & Responsibilities Recruiter (2 to 2.5 Years Experience) | Chennai Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Royapettah, Spencer Plaza, Triplicane, and T. Nagar . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking platforms. Conduct preliminary telephonic screening to assess candidates’ fit based on skills, experience, and attitude. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview experience. Maintain and update candidate tracker sheets, recruitment dashboards, and related documentation. Support offer negotiation, salary discussion, and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements. Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism throughout the process. Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and best hiring practices.
Preferred candidate profile Subject Matter Expert for the implementation of solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ for Access Governance and Life Cycle Management 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IIQ development and integration. Strong programming skills in Java, Beanshell, XML, and scripting languages. Experience integrating IIQ with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and SaaS applications. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones and coordinate with remote/global Teams.
