You will play a key part in designing modern low-code/no-code solutions while driving innovation across the organization. Skills & Experience Were Looking For Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to the Power Platform. Experience in innovation labs or tech incubation teams is a plus. Mandatory Certification: PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) Preferred Certifications: PL-400, PL-500, AI-102, or Azure AI certifications Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps , Power Automate , Power Pages , Dataverse , and Power BI . Deep understanding of Azure Functions , Logic Apps , API Management , Service Bus , Cognitive Services , and OpenAI integrations. Proven knowledge of enterprise automation and integration patterns. R&D & Innovation Prior experience working in R&D environments or innovation-driven teams. Strong exposure to AI Builder , Copilot , and advanced automation use cases. Experience building accelerators, reusable components, or frameworks. Professional Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. What You will Do Architecture & Solution Design Design and architect large-scale solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) , Power Automate , Power Pages , Power BI , and Dataverse . Develop reusable assets such as frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures. Define integration patterns with Azure services , Microsoft 365 , Dynamics 365 , and third-party systems. Research & Development (R&D) Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features across the Power Platform, including AI Builder , Copilot , new connectors, and upcoming Microsoft capabilities. Build PoCs, prototypes, and experimental solutions to validate ideas and future roadmap items. Evaluate low-code/no-code vs custom development approaches to guide decision-making. Collaborate with Microsoft and industry partners to stay informed on technology trends. Governance, Security & ALM Define governance models, environment strategy, and DLP policies. Establish best practices for CI/CD , ALM, and source control in the Power Platform ecosystem. Ensure all solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and compliance. Thought Leadership & Enablement Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on Power Platform adoption and long-term roadmap. Create documentation such as whitepapers, tech guidelines, and best-practice playbooks. Guide and mentor developers and business users to build a culture of innovation. Lead workshops and design-thinking sessions to discover automation opportunities.
