Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and employee referrals. Coordinate with recruitment consultants/vendors for sourcing and follow-ups. Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and account opening. Ensure smooth new joiner experience and timely communication to relevant departments. Employee Life Cycle Management Handle joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee data in HRMS (attendance, leave, personal records). Prepare and share joining/resignation information with respective regions. Employee Engagement & Communication Conduct HR Induction sessions for new joiners. Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support. Compliance & Administration Coordinate with vendors (ID card vendor, insurance, etc.) and ensure timely delivery. Maintain compliance-related documentation and support audits as needed. Assist in payroll inputs like attendance and leave compilation.
