We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring for IT and product engineering roles You will lead a recruiter team, leverage AI-powered tools, and partner with business leaders to attract and onboard top talent while enhancing our employer brand, Job Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and product engineering roles across multiple domains and seniority levels, Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI recruitment tools (mandatory), Utilize ATS platforms for job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment analytics (mandatory), Mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets, Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and niche tech hiring, Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future needs, Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen InspironLabsmarket presence, Ensure hiring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws, AI & GenAI Focus Harnessing AI and Generative AI to deliver smarter solutions Scalable Tech Stack Building future-ready systems for performance and resilience, Proven Enterprise Experience Deploying solutions across industries and geographies, Required Skills Experience: 48 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, Proven track record in IT recruitment for services and product engineering companies, Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI recruitment tools (eg, HireEZ, SeekOut,LinkedIn AI features) and ATS platforms, Proficiency in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms, Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, Excellent communication and analytical skills, Qualifications Bachelors/ Masters in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience,
