Lead - Talent Acquisition

, you will take complete ownership of the end-to-end hiring function while building modern, tech-enabled recruitment practices. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will partner closely with business leaders, shape a strong candidate experience, and leverage ATS platforms, automation, and AI to create a scalable and future-ready talent acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience Excellence
    • Own the complete candidate journey, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and human-centric experience at every stage
    • Act as a key point of contact during critical hiring phases and continuously gather feedback to improve engagement
    • Maintain accurate, clean, and compliant candidate data within the ATS
  • End-to-End Hiring Ownership
    • Drive full-cycle recruitment across technical, product, sales, customer success, and corporate roles
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, timelines, and success metrics
    • Run structured interview processes, ensure interviewer calibration, and lead offer management and closures
  • ATS, Tools & AI-Driven Recruitment
    • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, and adoption
    • Drive the use of automation and AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
    • Use recruitment analytics to track funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes
  • Continuous Improvement & Leadership
    • Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the hiring lifecycle and implement scalable process improvements
    • Manage escalations, resolve hiring challenges, and ensure momentum across roles
    • Track key recruitment metrics and continuously raise the bar on quality, speed, and experience
    • Mentor recruiters and manage external vendors as required, fostering best-in-class hiring practices

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5-7 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a SaaS, product, or tech-driven startup environment
  • Proven ability to hire across both technical and non-technical roles at scale
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms (such as Zoho Recruit or similar) and assessment tools
  • Exposure to recruitment automation, analytics, and AI-driven hiring initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
  • High ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience building or scaling talent acquisition processes from the ground up
  • Added advantage if you have worked on employer branding, referral programs, or campus hiring initiatives
