As a Talents Acquisition Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment team with a focus on new client acquisition, client relationship management, and team leadership. Your role will involve bringing in new business, maintaining existing clients, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new clients and build strong business relationships. - Manage client communications, meetings, and service delivery. - Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve targets. - Handle team performance, training, and motivation. - Oversee branch operations and ensure service quality. - Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements. Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience in HR/Staffing/Recruitment with client and team handling experience. - Experience in handling clients, team KPIs, and performance tracking. - Familiarity with HR processes, daily reporting, and team discipline. - Proficiency in task management tools, Excel MIS reporting, MS Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proven experience in business development and client servicing. - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field.
