Job Title: HR Business Development (HRBD) Specialist Experience : 5+ years Industry Focus: Global & Domestic Markets Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Development (HRBD) Specialist with a proven track record in both global and domestic recruitment markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our recruitment services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth across IT and Non-IT sectors. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in both global and domestic markets for recruitment services. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the recruitment space, both locally and internationally. Strategy Development : Collaborate with senior management to create strategies for business growth and client acquisition. Proposal &* Negotiation*: Prepare and deliver business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Recruitment Partnerships : Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client requirements. Revenue Growth : Drive revenue through client acquisition and partnerships, ensuring targets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis. Networking : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance the brand's visibility and attract new business opportunities. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Development with a strong background in global and domestic recruitment markets. Industry Knowledge : Expertise in IT and Non-IT recruitment across global and domestic geographies. Communication Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to create tailored business solutions. Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
