  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Tools: Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment analytics platforms
  • Mindset: Strategic, data-driven, and passionate about building diverse teams
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; able to influence and collaborate across levels
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, multi-location environments
