Position objective: To drive residential solar rooftop sales by identifying potential customers, conducting site assessments, and providing customized solar solutions. The goal is to expand the company’s solar presence in the residential market of Lucknow, ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Include: Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, and local networking. Conduct customer site visits to assess rooftop feasibility and energy requirements. Explain solar rooftop solutions, benefits, and ROI (Return on Investment) to customers. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations. Coordinate with design and technical teams for system design and pricing. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring documentation and payment collection. Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and testimonials. Participate in local promotional events, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns. Update CRM/database with leads, customer interactions, and sales progress. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/ITI (BBA/B.Sc/B.Tech preferred) or equivalent. 3–8 years of sales experience, preferably in solar or other energy solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic technical understanding of solar rooftop systems is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Comfortable with local travel within Lucknow and nearby areas.
