Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and qualify potential customers using digital tools, outbound calls, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.
Sales Conversion:
Independently manage the complete remote sales cyclefrom the first touchpoint to deal closure—ensuring timely revenue realization.
Customer Relationship Management:
Engage and retain customers by delivering prompt and professional remote support.
CRM Utilization:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and timely solution delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar remote sales environment is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Highly self-driven, Organised, and capable of working independently.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
