Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting them into sales opportunities.

The role involves outbound calls, inbound query handling, product explanation, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions or objections.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the field sales/business development team for closures.
  • Share daily/weekly sales reports and lead status updates with management.
  • Participate in campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
