Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deploy, monitor and manage projects based on new initiatives like meter testing, energy storage and Inverter testing.
Collaborate with the operations and design team along with vendors to ensure project goals are met and milestones are achieved.
Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure systems and components function properly
Maintain detailed records of research findings, experiments, and development activities.
Identify the root causes of quality problems, developing and implementing corrective actions, and tracking their effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Diploma degree or ITI with 3+ years experience in engineering (preferably Electrical or similar) discipline is highly valued.
Demonstrable experience in electrical projects
Good knowledge on different components used in Solar mini grid projects
Ability to interact and collaborate with a diverse group of people at all levels and disciplines.
