Support resource allocation discussions and capacity planning in alignment with business goals. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and communication. Stay updated on best practices in program and project management, applying relevant trends to improve execution. What skills required ? Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred). 14+ years of experience in Project/Program Management in a technology-driven environment. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams across Delivery, Product, Business, Sales, and Clients. Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience in dashboarding, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel), and project management tools (e.g., Rocketlane and JSM Preferred). Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams. Experience presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
