Job Title: Senior Engineer AI /MLYears of Experience: 5+ ye arsLocation: Chen nai Role Summ ary:We are seeking experienced and innovat ive Senior AI/ML Engi neer to join our core product engineering team, focused on embedding intelligence into our next-generat ion Enterprise SaaS ERP application. You will architect and design scalable, performant ML models for key ERP workflows across multiple functional domains and while ensuring security, governance, and multi-tenant data isolat ion. This role requires good expertis e in Python, PyTorch, Apache Airflow, MLflow, and Fa stAPI. This role combines deep AI/ML skills with ERP domain knowledge and open-source engine e ring What will you do? Design ML workflows using tools like MLflow, Apache Airflow, and Kube flow.B uild ERP-centric ML fea tures such as employee attrition prediction, payment fraud detection, and dynamic supplier sco ring.Maintain data quality and model observability using open-source tools like Evidently, Great Expectations, and Promet heus.Champion open standards for model deployment, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Tekton), and containerization (Docker, Helm, Arg oCD).Build NLP and forecasting models u sing HuggingFace, Prophet, and Scikit- learnStrong proficiency in Python and open-source ML framewo rks (TensorFlow, Py T orch) Tech Stack:Languages: Python, Oracle, , BashML/DS: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace, PandasMLOps: MLflow, Airflow, DVC, Great Expect ationsDevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitHub A ctionsData: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka What skills re quired?Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.8 + years of experience in AI-ML for large-scale enterprise applic ations.Understand ing of ERP functional domainsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
