Inside Sales Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Intern to join our Direct-to-Rural (D2R) team, working on a diverse range of products, primarily targeting electronics and furniture retailers. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions including inside sales, data analytics, and business operations support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment and can engage effectively with regional retailers. Key Responsibilities: Assist in lead generation through calls, digital platforms, and databases. Communicate with Hindi-speaking retailers in UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand. Support the sales team in remote engagement, follow-ups, and closing transactions. Help collect, clean, and analyse sales and operational data. Provide administrative and coordination support across different workstreams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline day-to-day operations. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service. Interest or experience in data analytics and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking. Key Learning Outcomes: Real-world exposure to direct sales operations and retailer relationship management.
