We are seeking a creative young mind to join our Corporate Branding team as a Brand &
Design Executive. The individual will be responsible for designing, editing, and publishing
content across the brand’s digital platforms and driving engagement under the mentorship of the
brand leadership.
This role is a launchpad for anyone aspiring to build a career in branding, creative design, and
marketing.
• Design static posts, infographics, reels, and short videos for social media campaigns.
• Edit videos, motion graphics, and animations for brand storytelling and promotions.
• Drive growth of followers and reach by creating engaging content and leveraging platform
insights.
• Schedule and publish content across all major social media platforms of the company.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all creatives and communications.
• Track performance (likes, shares, reach, impressions) and grow the channels.
• Research latest trends, hashtags, and formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Support the brand team by designing high-quality visual assets including creatives,
presentations, templates, and other marketing materials.
Design & Technical Skills
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:
• Familiarity with Figma & Canva for quick design and templates.
• Strong foundation in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for presentations and reports.
• Ability to create cross-format content: static posts, GIFs, short-form videos, stories,
motion graphics.
• Understanding basic video/audio editing workflows (transitions, sound balancing,
subtitles).
• Knowledge of design principles: typography, color theory, layouts, brand identity.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Runway, Pika
Labs) to enhance design and video workflows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across digital and
print media.
Social Media Skills
• Hands-on understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
• Ability to draft engaging captions, use hashtags strategically, and optimize posts per
platform.
• Awareness of trends, viral formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
Language & Communication Skills
• Strong command of written English; ability to write crisp, engaging captions.
• Creative storytelling to convert brand messages into memorable content.
• Attention to detail in both visual aesthetics and grammar.
Professional Attributes
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for design, branding, marketing, and social media growth.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in design – B.Des or M.Des from institutes like National
institute of Design or IDC School of Design.
• Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
• Portfolio of work — academic projects, internships, or freelance assignments
(mandatory).
• Prior internship, freelance, or project experience in graphic design, video editing, or
social media management will be an advantage.
