Role & responsibilities

Sales Growth & Management.
New Customer Acquisition.
Customer Retention & Relationship Management.
Customer Escalation Handling.
Cross-functional Coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Experience in FMCG, Telecom, or any Distribution Network is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of channel sales and customer engagement in diverse markets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good understanding of the rural market dynamics and its customer behaviour, including purchasing patterns, needs, and communication preferences.
Willingness and ability to conduct extensive market visits within the assigned geography, managing travel logistics and ensuring high productivity. This is a field-based role requiring significant time spent on the ground.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in local languages relevant to the assigned geography.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
