Proven experience in managing highly impactful initiatives in an enterprise environment Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and product development tracking systems like Jira 5+ years of project management in software industries Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology. Certified Systems Administrator or other Salesforce , Microsoft certifications Certified associate in project management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL v3 certification Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college or university. Must be experienced in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and any experience on public sector and Health Cloud is a bonus. Experience and knowledge of Lightning Design System and MuleSoft Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes. Design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST / SOAP and Bulk APIs or Any Tool/ESB (Informatica/Mules/Cast-iron). Expert level knowledge in Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows, VF Pages and strong expertise on LWC, JavaScript, CSS and Aura framework Expert level experience in REST, SOAP, Bulk API and hands on experience in designing and developing complex integrations between salesforce and third-party applications Understanding to Salesforce object model, governor limits and best practices Compliment hands-on experience with Front end languages and backend tools for web engineering (Apex, Triggers, Data loader, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, API s JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS). What You Will Do : Drive end-to-end process mining initiatives using Celonis EMS (Execution Management System) to identify inefficiencies and optimize business processes . Lead SAP Data Model Migration - migrate and optimize SAP ECC data models already connected to Celonis for compatibility with SAP S/4HANA. Develop and Maintain Celonis Integrations - build scalable ETL pipelines and connectors using SQL, Python, and Celonis EMS to ensure seamless data ingestion and transformation. Collaborate Across Teams - work with the client, Celonis, and other 3rd part resources to align technical delivery with business goals. Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions. Must have strong understanding and experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures and data migration methods.
