Position: Talent Acquisition Lead

Department: Human Resources

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Candidates residing in or near Thane preferred)

Reporting To: Human Resources Head

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual recruitment strategy with manpower forecasting and TAT benchmarks.
  • Standardize hiring processes across academic and non-academic roles.
  • Responsible for manpower planning and overseeing the recruitment end-to-end.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Position the organization as an employer of choice through structured candidate engagement and social media branding.

Recruitment Execution Oversight

  • Supervise both academic and non-academic recruitment pipelines, ensuring role clarity and quality of hire.
  • Responsible for training the requirement team on hiring process and procedure.
  • JD screening to ensure that standard template is being followed.

Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer acceptance rate, attrition in first 6 months)
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with school heads.
