App Lifecycle | Strategy | User Growth
We are building a next-gen mobile application that blends customer support and secure messaging functionalities, comparable to leading apps, with enhanced user privacy, security, and project-specific communication features.
We are looking for a tech-aware product lead who can take full ownership of the app's development lifecycle while also leading strategies for scaling and reaching our target audience. This is a hybrid role that blends software development expertise, technical leadership, and product growth acumen.
• Supervise front-end & back-end app development (no coding required)
• Own the product roadmap and feature planning
• Align design & features with user + business goals
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Work closely with dev/design teams and track progress
• Make data-informed decisions using analytics
• 2–5 years in product, app strategy, or growth roles
• Knows the tech stack basics: APIs, databases, auth flows
• Understands what makes an app secure, smooth, and scalable
• Thinks like a builder + marketer
• Can manage sprints, updates, and performance KPIs
• Knowledge of Firebase, AWS, or scalable backend infra
• ASO + user analytics experience
• Experience launching or scaling mobile apps
