Talent Acquisition Lead

As a Talent Acquisition Lead in the Human Resources department based in Thane, Maharashtra, you will be reporting to the Human Resources Head. Your salary will be based on experience and merit. You should hold an MBA/PDGM in HR Specialization in Talent Management or Workforce Planning with 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in both K-12 and corporate environments. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Developing an annual recruitment strategy with manpower forecasting and TAT benchmarks. - Standardizing hiring processes across academic and non-academic roles. - Managing manpower planning and overseeing recruitment end-to-end. - Positioning the organization as an employer of choice through structured candidate engagement and social media branding. - Supervising both academic and non-academic recruitment pipelines to ensure role clarity and quality of hire. - Training the requirement team on hiring processes and procedures. - Screening JDs to ensure that standard templates are being followed. - Tracking key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance rate, and attrition in the first 6 months. - Conducting quarterly reviews with school heads.
