Job Title: Senior Product Executive – Product Team Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 4+ Years in Product / 6+ Years in Business Analysis Salary: ₹6 – ₹9.5 LPA (Negotiable for the Right Candidate) Reports To: Product Lead About Us We are a fast-growing B2B Procurement SaaS company redefining how enterprises manage their sourcing and spend. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Senior Executive - Product Management to support product delivery across multiple stages—requirement drafting, planning, UAT, customer feedback analysis, and Gen AI experimentation. This role will act as a bridge between business, technical, and design teams while enabling agile product execution and product excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in documentation, coordination, and innovation, and is enthusiastic about applying Gen AI and LLMs to optimize product processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Vision Support Contribute to the creation of MVPs for upcoming roadmap features. Participate in deep-dive research with customers to gather validation for roadmap decisions. Maintain a tracking framework for effort estimation vs actuals for major product enhancements. Log and validate AI/LLM-driven product innovations based on customer feedback or adoption data. 2. Product Vision Execution & Delivery Excellence Own the creation and refinement of BRDs and MVP documents for new features and enhancements. Lead and manage Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Track actual delivery vs roadmap plans and report on deviations. Analyze post-go-live adoption using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or customer testimonials. 3. Product Experience & Customer Delight Coordinate feedback collection from front-end teams or end customers post feature go-live. Maintain feature endorsement logs and collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine experiences. Ensure every enhancement or new feature improves usability and customer satisfaction. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a bridge between client-facing teams and technical development teams . Partner with UI/UX teams to create wireframes, mood boards , and ensure intuitive user journeys using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch . Work closely with developers to clarify scope, answer queries, and ensure build accuracy. Lead UAT cycles , define test cases, and drive issue resolution collaboratively. Define and document API specifications with internal teams and integration partners. Support the implementation team in large enterprise rollouts as a domain consultant. 5. Use of Gen AI & Innovation Expectation Leverage Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Copilot) to enhance documentation speed, customer requirement validation, requirement planning, and UAT management. Contribute to the R&D of Gen AI use cases and define proof-of-concept spikes. Optimize stakeholder communication and productivity using LLM-based solutions . Stay up to date with developments in Gen AI , and explore their potential in product innovation. Who Can Apply? Professionals with 4–6 years of experience in product execution, business analysis, or product documentation. Hands-on experience with product Integrations, product lifecycle stages, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to lead UATs, clarify requirements, and manage documentation for enterprise products. Prior experience or working knowledge of Gen AI tools and LLMs is required . Skills We Are Looking For Must-Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong skills in requirement documentation (BRD, MVP) and Agile project coordination. Hands-on use of Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) in documentation, innovation, or sprint processes. Hands-on with tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and requirement documentation Familiarity with Agile frameworks, sprint tracking tools (e.g., zoho project, Jira, ClickUp). UAT ownership experience including test case development and execution. Knowledge of LLMs and their application in business/product contexts. Cross-functional coordination across Product, Tech, UI/UX, and Client-facing teams. Good-to-Have Familiarity with Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA or similar analytics tools. Experience with wireframing tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. Understanding of APIs and ability to draft or review API specs for system integrations. Previous experience in SaaS products or enterprise software.
