Job Description

Job Summary: This role involves managing enterprise clients, executing online auctions (with a primary focus on auction operations), providing client support, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. The candidate will also contribute to process improvements and support efforts to drive platform adoption. Key Responsibilities: Client Handling & Auction Management Manage assigned enterprise clients and conduct auctions on their behalf. Plan and execute auctions as per client requirements and company processes. Maintain confidentiality of client and buyer data at all times. Train vendors on using the auction platform. Reporting & Data Analysis Share auction reports with clients after each event. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to clients and internal teams. Analyze client data and prepare presentations on performance and key trends. Present client updates, successes, and challenges in monthly meetings. Client Engagement & Feedback Build strong relationships with clients to increase platform usage. Collect regular client feedback and share insights with the team and management. Suggest process improvements and ideas to reduce manual tasks using tools like Generative AI. Support & Documentation Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Zendesk). Track and report common issues and support metrics. Respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Training & Collaboration Stay updated on product features and changes. Participate in regular training sessions. Work closely with Internal teams to share client feedback and resolve issues. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM tools like Zoho or Zendesk. Good analytical and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proactive approach with a focus on client satisfaction. Show more Show less
