Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive, consistent, and scalable UI/UX for complex B2B SaaS workflows - Create wireframes, user journeys, interaction flows, and high-fidelity designs - Simplify dense, data-heavy enterprise screens without losing functional depth - Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across multiple modules - Apply strong information architecture principles for workflow-driven products - Understand actual customer usage scenarios, pain points, and decision flows - Translate customer workflows and business logic into UI-friendly abstractions - Analyse customer behaviour patterns, usage statistics, and drop-off points - Design screens that reduce cognitive load and improve task completion efficiency - Actively question requirements from a usability and adoption perspective - Use Generative AI tools as part of daily design workflow for rapid wireframing, exploring layout variations, generating design alternatives, and improving iteration speed - Demonstrate prompting ability for UX outcomes, not just visual generation - Maintain strong command over typography, color usage, visual hierarchy, and designing interfaces that convey trust, clarity, and professionalism - Prioritize enterprise aesthetics over flashy visuals - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams - Convert functional requirements into UX-ready designs with clear rationale - Prepare designs for seamless handoff using Figma Dev Mode or equivalent - Maintain clarity in components, variants, and interaction states Qualification Required: - 4-7 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS - Strong expertise in Figma, with proven visual maturity reflected in portfolio - Hands-on usage of Gen-AI
