Implementation Support

You will be responsible for Implementation, Training, and Customer Engagement & Support: **Role Overview:** As an Executive/Senior Executive in Implementation & Training, you will be leading end-to-end SaaS product implementation for clients. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, and preparing documentation. Additionally, you will design and deliver product training sessions, create user-friendly training materials, and gather feedback to improve training methodology & content. Acting as a trusted advisor for clients during onboarding and providing post-implementation support will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end SaaS product implementation for clients - Gather and analyze client requirements, map them with product features, and configure the solution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve implementation challenges - Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables - Design and deliver product training sessions for client stakeholders and end-users - Create user-friendly training materials including manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs - Act as a trusted advisor for clients during onboarding and early adoption stages - Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition to the Client Excellence team **Qualification Required:** - Experience in Product implementation, training, or customer-facing roles - Strong understanding of Procurement domain, SaaS business models, project management, and client onboarding - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate technical features into simple business value for clients - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel for client training and implementation support - Hands-on experience of Project Management tools like Zoho Project, JIRA, etc. would be an additional benefit.,
