Key Responsibilities

Implementation:

• Lead end-to-end SaaS product implementation for clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, map them with product features, and configure the solution accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, and Customer Success) to resolve implementation challenges.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare documentation such as project plans, requirement specifications, Project Scope Documents, UAT test cases, Go Live process, Change Request Management and implementation reports.

Training:

• Design and deliver product training sessions (virtual/on-site) for client stakeholders and end-users.
• Create user-friendly training materials including manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs.
• Conduct internal training sessions for customer-facing teams to ensure product knowledge.
• Gather feedback from training sessions and improve training methodology & content.

Customer Engagement & Support:

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients during onboarding, Project Implementation and early adoption stages.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition to the Client Excellence team.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing issues proactively.

Key Requirements

• Experience in

  Product implementation, training, or customer-facing roles

  .
• Strong understanding of Procurement domain, SaaS business models, project management, and client onboarding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical features into simple business value for clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel (if required) for client training and implementation support.
• Hands on experience of Project Management tools like Zoho Project, JIRA etc. would be an additional benefit.
