With 12+ years of progressive experience, the role requires expertise in employee relations, SAP Data Management, Employee engagement, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Employee Communication On-boarding & Induction, Reward and Recognition, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, policy formulation. The candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive people’s initiatives, enhance organizational culture.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Conduct regular employee connect sessions and engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, background checks, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit processes. Maintain updated HR policies and SOPs; ensure compliance across business units.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration- Support annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, and internal parity analysis. Manage leave administration, attendance systems, and monthly payroll coordination with the finance team. Provide data-driven HR insights through dashboards, MIS reporting, and analytics. -
  • Employee Lifecycle Management - Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations. Conduct exit interviews and drive retention action plans based on insights. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and process integrity.
  • HR Operations - Skilled HR operations specialist with extensive experience in overseeing all HR tasks. Competent in employee relations, payroll, compliance, and legal. Knowledgeable with Indian labor laws and rules, guaranteeing adherence to the law. Strategic in attracting and keeping talent. A track record of successfully streamlining procedures to improve employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
  • Legal & Compliances - Ensure all statutory and regulatory returns like income tax, Professional tax, Provident Fund, ESIC, Maternity, POSH, Return of Wages, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, Gratuity Return etc. all statutory returns (Payroll & establishment compliance) are complied with 100% accuracy, including handling internal & external audits in addition to review of legal notices, Responses on legal notices, Visiting Courts from organization side if required
  • Vendor Management - Coordinating with Finance, Insurance Company & TPAs regarding process & procedure revamp of Mediclaim Insurance and rendering timely feedback for resolving employee queries within minimum lead time including market reach out for GMC and GTL quotes insuring all the renewals happen within the assignment.
  • Performance Management & Capability Building - Lead the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles. Provide coaching to managers on goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
Basic Job Requirements
  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) to fifteen (15) years years of work-related experience or a combination of education; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Preferred Qualifications
  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, Finance or related field, with significant experience in Human Resources
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, or applicable HR accreditation
  • Problem solving, communication, judgment, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide analysis, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
  • Knowledge of cultures and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Ability to build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers
  • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Exhibit team orientation and positive relationships with all levels of employees
  • Display an understanding of the company’s organizational structure, corporate culture, and business objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations
  • Broad knowledge of internal database applications for designated discipline
