1. Statutory Compliance: Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements such as EPF , ESI , Gratuity , Bonus Act , Shops and Establishments Act , Payment of Wages Act , and any other relevant local/national laws. Statutory Filings: Oversee and manage timely statutory filings for Provident Fund (PF) , Employee State Insurance (ESI) , and Professional Tax (PT) , and maintain accurate records and reports. Audit and Reporting: Prepare for and manage internal and external audits related to statutory compliance and manage required submissions. Updates on Legal Changes: Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations and communicate these changes to senior management, making necessary adjustments to HR policies and processes. 2. Operations Management Services (OMS): HR Operations Optimization: Streamline day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency in payroll processing, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR functions. Performance Monitoring: Implement systems for tracking and monitoring HR KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring targets are met and operational goals are achieved. Employee Services: Develop and improve employee service delivery including onboarding, employee relations, grievance redressal, and policy implementation. Vendor Management: Manage third-party service providers for HR-related services (payroll vendors, insurance providers, etc.), ensuring compliance and smooth operations. 3. HR Strategy and Support: Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, complaints, and queries related to statutory benefits, operational issues, and general HR matters. Policy Development: Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and best practices in the industry. Training and Development: Organize training programs related to compliance and HR operations for both employees and managers to enhance overall awareness and skills.
