Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel, administering employee benefits, and overseeing HR management processes. Day-to-day tasks include employee engagement, L&D, mandatory trainings compliance, employee onboarding, managing workplace relations, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in core Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and HR Management
• Experience managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification or degree is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
