Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Coimbatore. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance students' aptitude and logical reasoning skills. Daily tasks include creating teaching materials, conducting classes, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and mentoring students. The trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure content relevance and effectiveness. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Aptitude concepts including quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning Experience in developing and delivering training programs Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Proficiency in creating teaching materials and using educational tools Passion for teaching and mentoring students Previous experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Show more Show less
