Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and deliver engaging sessions on

  Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability

  (as applicable).
• Create lesson plans, practice exercises, mock tests, and training materials.
  
• Conduct classroom training, online sessions, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  
• Assess learner performance through tests, assignments, and feedback.
  
• Guide students on test-taking strategies, shortcuts, and time-management techniques.
  
• Track progress and adjust teaching methods to suit varying learner levels.
  
• Stay updated on exam patterns and industry requirements.
  
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage an effective learning atmosphere.
  
• Communicate regularly with academic coordinators or management about learner performance.
  

Skills & Competencies:-

• Strong command of

  aptitude concepts

  : arithmetic, algebra, geometry, logical puzzles, DI, etc.
• Excellent

  communication

  and

  presentation

  skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach using real-world examples.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
  
• Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., PPT, online teaching platforms, test-prep software).
  

Qualifications:-

• Masters degree in Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
  
• Prior experience in aptitude training, test prep, or corporate training is an advantage.
  

Work Environment:-
