Role Overview: As an Associate Trainer at FACE Prep, you will play a versatile role which involves training delivery, content creation, product development, and becoming an expert in the Placement domain. You will receive training to deliver expert classes in various topics, enhance existing technology modules, and develop new ones. This role will allow you to engage in both online and offline training delivery, impacting the employment outcomes of numerous graduates annually. You will have the opportunity to code, teach, travel, counsel, design, present, and grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Learn new technology skills rapidly - Deliver expert classes in various topics - Enhance existing technology modules and create new ones - Engage in both online and offline training delivery - Impact the employment outcomes of thousands of graduates yearly Qualification Required: - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Strong knowledge in foundational basics of Programming Languages & Aptitude - Higher problem-solving skills - Ability and passion for teaching - Willingness and ability to travel and relocate Eligibility Criteria: - Percentile / CGPA above 60 in all three milestones (UG, Class12, and Class10) Additional Details: FACE Prep, established in 2008, is a prominent player in the Talent Development space, offering services across recruitment test preparation, employment training, higher education admissions, and more. The company serves educational institutions, corporates, and students directly through a blend of classroom training, online platforms, and immersive content. The compensation offered for the Associate Trainer role is 4LPA CTC. The selected candidates will undergo a 3-month training period with a stipend of Rs. 15K before full-time conversion. Rigorous pre-joining learning is emphasized. Note: Immediate joiners from B. Tech / BE (All streams) or Arts & Science (All streams) in Jaipur & Jodhpur at Poornima University are preferred for this full-time position. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred for this in-person role.,
