Technical Mentor Responsibilities- ● Passion for teaching and training ● Strong technical skills in areas such as coding, software development, or IT ● Ability to provide constructive feedback on projects ● Strong interpersonal skills ● Familiarity with industry trends ● Client relationship management ● Relevant experience in curriculum design and instructional design is added advantage ● Experience in conducting mentorship sessions and guiding students ● Passion for helping students succeed in their tech careers ● Conduct hands-on practical training sessions to reinforce student’s technical skills. ● Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to organize industry-relevant workshops and seminars. ● Actively engage in personal and professional development activities to keep students aligned with industry trends. ● Monitor and maintain data on student progress, including attendance, assessment scores, and assignment performance. Qualifications ● Education: M.Tech & M.E in Computer Science streams, such as Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Data Science and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Embedded Systems. ● Skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and demonstrated expertise in programming (C, C++, Python, Java, SQL, PHP or DSA). Compensation: 1. Rs.6LPA CTC(₹4,50,000 LPA (fixed) with an additional ₹1LPA as annual retention bonus and ₹50,000 PhD benefits. 2. Until the academic commitments are completed the candidates will be paid Rs.₹15,000 per month stipend. Office Locaion: Coimbatore, Chennai, Vijayawada, Hyderabad Work Location: All over India, Based on the requirements or Assingments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
