Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer, located at our Hyderabad campus. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical training programs to students. Key responsibilities implementing training sessions, preparing instructional materials, evaluating student progress, and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. The role requires coordinating with management and faculty to align training content with educational goals and providing students with practical, hands-on experiences in their field. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Training and Training & Development Strong expertise in delivering training sessions tailored to technical education and skill-building Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage students Experience working as a Technical Trainer or in similar training-related roles Passion for teaching and mentoring future industry professionals Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to integrate them into training programs Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
