Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Trainer to join our team at our Noida location. In this on-site role, the Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training sessions to students and professionals. Key responsibilities include designing and developing course materials, conducting live training sessions, evaluating learner performance, and providing mentorship. The successful candidate will ensure students acquire the practical and theoretical knowledge necessary to excel in IT, hardware, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Training, including IT, hardware, networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Training & Development skills to design, implement, and improve training programs
• Effective Communication skills to deliver technical content clearly and engage trainees
• Knowledge and experience in working with training methodologies and tools
• Ability to assess and evaluate trainee progress effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or similar will be an added advantage
• Passion for teaching and mentoring learners to achieve their professional goals
