Plan and Manage complete training operations of Product Training Centre
Manage training expenses and Budget of Product training operationsIdentify and assess the training needs of Dealer Manpower through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.Develop training Module and manuals that target tangible results.Implement effective and purposeful training methods.Evaluate trained candidates performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.Assess employees skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.Coordinate with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.

Role Description:

1) Monthly training plan based on Annual training calendar
2) Training plan communication to AMD / AD / Field Staff3) Conduct Trainings as per annual plan 4) Plan and execute training programs thru Dealer inhouse trainers 5) Monitor Attrition of dealer staff & plan training to improve % Trained6)Updation of training data in LMS ( Daksha)7) Evaluation of Training effectiveness8) Settling bills pertaining to training expenses on a monthly basis9) Prepare Dealer debit according to Training attendance10) Manage training and placement of candidates thru Vocational Training Centre.11)Manage training operations at Dealer Inhouse training centres

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Automobile / Mechanical or a related field (essential).
  • A minimum of 4 -7 years’ experience in training and development management (essential).• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.• Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
