Technical Trainer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Java, Full Stack, Node.js, Angular, and Express for final-year engineering students
• Design, develop, and update training content, including presentations, assignments, exercises, and hands-on projects
• Facilitate live coding demonstrations, practical labs, and real-world simulation projects
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, coding tests, reviews, and feedback sessions
• Mentor and guide students to improve technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
• Ensure students are equipped with corporate-ready skills, including coding standards, SDLC awareness, and teamwork practices
• Maintain documentation related to attendance, performance, training outcomes, and curriculum progress
• Continuously upgrade your own knowledge to stay aligned with the latest technology trends
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure curriculum alignment and high-quality program delivery
• Provide timely updates, reports, and insights to program coordinators and stakeholders

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Industry certifications in Java, Full Stack Development, Angular, Node.js, or related technologies
• Experience designing large-scale curriculum or training modules
• Proven track record of successfully training or mentoring college students or fresh graduates
• Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies
• Strong presentation, communication, and virtual classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt training methodologies based on learner needs

• Expertise in one or more: Java Full Stack, Node.js, Angular, Express
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and teach effectively
• Understanding of the banking domain
• Experience training large batches
• Prior exposure to corporate training environments
