Senior Human Resources Specialist

You will be joining REQ Solutions, a rapidly growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company that collaborates with leading US-based staffing firms in various industries such as IT, Healthcare, Professional, and Light Industrial. As a Senior HR Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve executing key HR functions related to policy enforcement, onboarding, performance tracking, and employee relations. Your role will not be managerial but rather execution-focused, requiring dependability, sharpness, and alignment with company values. Key Responsibilities: - Enforce company rules, leave policies, attendance norms, and disciplinary measures. - Track probation periods, issue performance warnings, and document employee violations. - Maintain updated HR policies and ensure employee adherence. - Conduct thorough onboarding processes, explain policies, and verify documentation. - Update and manage employee records in HRMS and offline trackers. - Assist in monitoring recruiter KPIs and support performance-related issues. - Maintain accurate leave records, coordinate salary processing, and address leave misuse. - Handle conflict resolution, investigate internal issues, and document all employee conduct matters. - Oversee HRMS usage, ensure up-to-date employee data, and support in organizing company events. - Prepare reports for leadership as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree - 5-9 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in service-based or BPO/RPO setups. - Strong understanding of HR operations, labor compliance, and documentation. - Attention to detail and proactive approach to employee discipline and support. - High emotional intelligence, maturity, and integrity in handling sensitive matters. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required). Preferred Skills: - Experience supporting U.S. client-aligned teams. - Prior experience in handling performance and conduct issues independently. - Familiarity with HR software/HRMS tools.
