Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and career-oriented individuals to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing, client coordination, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions efficiently
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking)
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; manage calendars and provide necessary documentation (resumes, agendas)
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS system
• Perform headhunting and company mapping
• Format resumes and assist with documentation
• Communicate daily with clients, providing updates and coordinating recruitment efforts
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 06 Months – 5 years of experience in US recruitment (IT, Non-IT, Pharma or Healthcare)
• Willingness to pursue a long-term career in recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS platforms
• Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed
• Strong email etiquette and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory

Work Schedule

• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
• Onsite role at our Ahmedabad office
