Senior Human Resources Specialist

As a Senior Human Resources Specialist at REQ Solutions, a fast-growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a vital role in implementing HR policies, ensuring discipline, and managing day-to-day HR operations with meticulous attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Directors of the company, you will be responsible for executing key HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, performance tracking, discipline enforcement, and employee relations. Your primary responsibilities will include enforcing HR policies and compliance, tracking probation periods, issuing performance warnings, and maintaining up-to-date HR policies. You will conduct thorough onboarding processes, update employee records, and provide support for performance monitoring and reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining accurate leave records, coordinating with accounts for salary processing, and addressing employee conduct matters proactively. Handling conflict resolution, investigating internal issues, and maintaining unbiased documentation of employee conduct will be crucial aspects of your role. You will oversee HRMS usage, assist in organizing company events, and prepare reports for leadership as needed. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of hands-on HR experience, and a strong understanding of HR operations, labor compliance, and documentation. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting U.S. client-aligned teams, handling performance and conduct issues independently, and familiarity with HR software tools.
