Senior Human Resources Specialist

You will be responsible for the following key areas in this role: Role Overview: In this role, you will oversee and manage statutory compliance including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT) filings. You will also be responsible for preparing for and managing internal and external audits related to statutory compliance. Additionally, you will stay updated on legal changes and communicate these updates to senior management for necessary adjustments to HR policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage timely statutory filings for PF, ESI, and PT - Prepare for and manage internal and external audits related to statutory compliance - Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations and communicate updates to senior management - Implement systems for tracking and monitoring HR KPIs to ensure operational goals are achieved - Develop and improve employee service delivery including onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation - Address employee concerns, complaints, and queries related to statutory benefits and HR matters - Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices - Organize training programs related to compliance and HR operations for employees and managers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance - Prior experience in managing statutory filings and audits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to evolving regulations and best practices (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
