About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery 2. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates and know the usage of social media tools 3. Experiment with strategies, emerging trends and formats, platforms to stay ahead of competitors 4. Provide creative direction and feedback on designs, videos, and other social media content 5. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encourage the team to bring fresh ideas 6. Develop social media content on a regular basis each month with a goal set in mind 7.
