As a valued team member at Girl Power Talk, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by: - Understanding the recruitment process, including questionnaires, interview scheduling, and assignments - Analyzing candidates who align with our values and advocacies - Conducting research on job portals, posting jobs, and reaching out to potential candidates - Assisting new hires with onboarding procedures - Maintaining administrative documents such as contracts, invoices, receipts, and bills in an organized manner - Ensuring efficient office operations and management across departments - Providing prompt assistance for HR and Admin requests from employees - Reaching out to colleges and universities, and coordinating ongoing career fairs - Representing Girl Power Talk effectively to potential candidates, job portals, and placement cells - Maintaining a humble and easygoing attitude with team members from diverse backgrounds Examples of previous work demonstrating qualifications in human resource management will be required.
