About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Possess an engineering background to align with technical offerings 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for mentees 3. Serve as the primary point of contact for mentees, resolving academic and technical queries 4. Use multiple channels to identify and target potential leads 5. Develop and implement strategies to engage prospective clients 6. Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation campaigns 7. Create compelling and personalized direct-to-customer pitches 8. Conduct outbound calls to nurture leads and convert them into clients 9. Apply effective communication techniques to achieve successful conversions 10. Collect feedback from mentees after each call 11. Resolve mentee queries promptly and efficiently 12. Guide mentees in understanding program structures and expected outcomes 13. Build and maintain relationships with both B2C and B2B clients 14. Identify and explore opportunities for collaboration and business growth 15. Develop and implement strategies to engage engineering colleges across India 16. Establish and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions 17. Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential challenges 18. Analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks for business development insights 19. Collaborate with the CMO to manage the SMO domain and ensure revenue generation 20.
