Job Description

You are looking for a Senior HR professional who is passionate about people and building thriving workplace cultures. This strategic role will involve shaping how the company attracts, retains, and grows its team. As part of the leadership team, you will have the freedom to leverage your entrepreneurial instincts and vision to develop and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to workforce planning, training, benefits, and performance management. In addition to handling processes and policies, the company is seeking someone who can foster an environment of trust, inclusion, and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Lead talent acquisition, workforce forecasting, and ensure hiring for both skills and cultural fit. - Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs that build skills and prepare future leaders. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Establish structured, meaningful processes that set employees up for success and ensure smooth transitions. - Benefits & Performance Management: Develop competitive benefits structures and oversee performance management systems. - Culture & Engagement: Champion a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired. What we are looking for: - Proven experience in an HR leadership role (4+ years). - Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement practices. - A builders mindset: someone who can design systems and programs from the ground up. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for people development and organizational growth. - To work from our Chandigarh (Mohali) Offices.
