Senior Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Lead talent acquisition, workforce forecasting, and ensure hiring for both skills and cultural fit. - Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs that build skills and prepare future leaders. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Establish structured, meaningful processes that set employees up for success and ensure smooth transitions. - Benefits & Performance Management: Develop competitive benefits structures and oversee performance management systems. - Culture & Engagement: Champion a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired. What we are looking for: - Proven experience in an HR leadership role (4+ years). - Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement practices. - A builders mindset: someone who can design systems and programs from the ground up. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for people development and organizational growth. - To work from our Chandigarh (Mohali) Offices.
