Senior Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage bulk hiring for restaurant operations as well as support functions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and background verification.
• Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and ensure process compliance.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably from QSR, retail, or FMCG industry).
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle volume hiring within deadlines.
